Jealousy,
Grows within the depths of my soul,
Hunting, searching.
For a chance to release its wrath.
Jealousy,
Comes hither,
Baring and gnashing its teeth,
Battling against my conscience.
Jealousy,
Hovers all around me,
Like an angel of death,
Waiting to pounce.
Jealousy,
Beautiful and deadly,
Smiling with spite,
Laughing with evil.
Jealousy,
Occurs in everyone,
Tearing us apart,
Without our consent.
Anguish and pain,
Jealousy and spite,
Anger and hatred,
Vie for our attention.
Forever lurking nearby,
To consume our emotions.
Beware of it,
Be vigilant and alert.
Jealousy,
Is smuggled in me.
